Shipping, Warranty, Refunds, Return, Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to other destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

All our products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Goods found to be faulty on arrival must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving them. The items will need to be kept in in their original undamaged packaging. Freight costs on returns are to be paid by the Buyer

You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described, or not doing what they are supposed to do.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. We don’t do change of mind refunds.
All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), include a Return Authorisation Form, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse and shipping and handling is not refundable.

It is in The Music Shop Western Suburbs best interests to keep our customers happy with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, please talk to us first. We will always attempt to resolve any problems you may have as best we can.

We are unable to advise delivery times or call prior to a delivery however we will endeavour to provide you with, when available, a consignment number or Parcel Post details so that you can track the progress of your order.

Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, The Music Shop Western Suburbs does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on this website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for illustration only and actual product may differ for the picture shown.  Products represented on this site are not always in stock. All item descriptions, images, product logos, availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We will abide by all Australian and Victorian laws regarding refunds.
