We deliver Australia-wide using trusted couriers. Some items have restrictions based on size or weight, and approximate delivery costs are shown at checkout — these may vary depending on your location and the item.
Please provide a complete street address when ordering. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Change of Mind 🎯
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully — ask us anything before you buy, we’re happy to help.
In rare cases and entirely at our discretion, we may consider an exchange within 2 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be completely unopened and still in its original manufacturer packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, and in the exact condition it was sold.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items ⚖️
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, get in touch and we’ll assess it. Let us know what the issue is and send photos where possible. We may ask you to return the item for inspection, after which we’ll determine the appropriate remedy — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund — based on the nature of the fault.
We require proof of purchase for all return requests — a receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement is fine.
Warranty 🎧
All new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Periods vary by brand — see the full list here. We’ll help you through any warranty claim.

How to Make a Claim 📋
Start by contacting us with your name, order number, product details, and a description of the issue — photos of the fault or damage help speed things up. Wait for our Return Authorisation before sending anything back; we’ll confirm the outcome and next steps after inspecting the item. When returning, pack carefully and use a tracked service.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
