Yamaha Pacifica PACS+11S Standard Plus – Desert Burst
The Yamaha PACS11S Pacifica Standard Plus combines the iconic Pacifica design with premium modern features, making it an excellent choice for guitarists looking for versatility, comfort and professional-level performance.
The PACS11S features a solid alder body with a chambered construction incorporating Yamaha’s Acoustic Design technology, helping optimise resonance and tonal response. Finished in a striking Desert Burst gloss finish, the ergonomic body contours provide a comfortable playing experience, whether you’re practising at home, recording in the studio or performing live.
At the heart of the PACS11S is its versatile S-H pickup configuration, featuring a Reflectone single-coil pickup in the neck position and a Reflectone humbucker in the bridge position. Co-developed with Rupert Neve Designs, the Reflectone pickups deliver excellent clarity, articulation and dynamic response. The 3-way pickup selector, combined with the Focus Switch for the bridge pickup, gives you a wide tonal palette ranging from bright, articulate tones to thicker, more powerful sounds.
The maple Rounded-C neck has a smooth satin finish for a comfortable playing feel. The rosewood fingerboard features a 12″ radius and is fitted with medium jumbo stainless steel frets, providing a smooth and responsive playing surface for both rhythm and lead work.
The PACS11S is equipped with premium hardware, including Gotoh locking tuners for reliable tuning stability and a compensated 3-saddle brass bridge for accurate intonation and dependable performance.
Controls include Volume, Tone and a Focus Switch, while the 3-way selector allows quick access to the different pickup combinations. The guitar also comes with a protective gig bag, making it easy to transport to rehearsals, recording sessions and gigs.
