Welcome to Bash’s Music, also known as The Music Shop Western Suburbs. By accessing either of our websites or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — using our websites means you accept these terms whether or not you register with us or make a purchase.

Our acceptance of your order occurs when we update the order status to pending and send you a despatch confirmation by email. The purchase contract is formed when we despatch your order — even if payment was processed earlier — unless we’ve notified you that your order isn’t accepted or you’ve cancelled it beforehand.

We may decline to accept an order where goods are unavailable, where payment authorisation cannot be obtained, if there has been a pricing or product description error, or if you don’t meet any eligibility criteria set out in these terms.

Where packing, carriage, insurance, or other charges apply, the relevant rates are set out in our pricing information elsewhere on our websites. Our prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation & Returns 🔄

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us by email before we’ve despatched the goods. Once an order has been despatched, our standard returns policy applies.

The right to return goods does not apply where a product has been used, or where we’ve made or customised a product specifically for you. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. We abide by all applicable Australian and Victorian consumer laws, and nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

5. Licence & Intellectual Property 📄

You may print or download extracts from our websites for your own personal use, provided the content is not modified in any way, graphics are not used separately from their accompanying text, and our copyright and trade mark notices remain intact in all copies.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and intellectual property rights in all material on our websites — including photographs and graphical images — are owned by us or our licensors.
